The staff is very friendly - very customer focused and, both times I got take out, when I got home there was a free small item added (last time was 3 slices of pepper crusted tuna - very good). The online sub-optimal part of the experience is the online ordering. I found the online ordering to not be as simple as this usually is and I received no email confirmation that the order was received and no estimated time to have the food ready for pick up was provided. ”
